The experience was okay for what I needed. I didn't appreciate the omission behind standard rooms not having a microwave and refrigerator. I was told that if I wanted a room with those "amenities" I would have to cancelled my reservation. I was also confused by the forced housekeeping service and the ultimatum of checking out if housekeeping is skipped or refused.

The price was great. Unfortunately when I got to the hotel, the pool was closed. Because I wanted a pool they informed that they had a hotel at the next exit and their pool was open. So I cancelled that registration and rebooked down the street. 8 weeks later and I’am still waiting for my refund. They always have an excuse, waiting on something, kinda have the feeling I will never get my refund.

Straight up fraud! Was told that they would not cancel even thought my documentation showed full refund. Four customer service reps hung up instead of trying to find resolution. Reported to fraud department.

SCAM SCAM FRAUD, ++ STOLE and SOLD Credit Card Info. DO NOT BOOK with HotelWiz. I booked a one night stay and they never paid the hotel even though they charged my credit card. The hotel then also charged me for the stay. I asked for a refund for services not rendered and they said they would pay the hotel, but never did. A man with an accent picks up the phone and makes it feel like it's your fault. Then a fakely nice email is sent reassuring you that they are taking care of it, but they are NOT. They just leave you in limbo waiting for nothing. Meanwhile, there were suspicious charges on my card after this incident and I know HotelWiz stole my credit card info. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will charge you for the hotel without setting up the reservation and STEAL and SELL your CC info!

After all arrangements had been made for my trip I get this email: What would you want to do with such service?

We regret to inform you, that we our hotel partners have received the email from the hotel & they informed us that the property is completely overbooked. Our hotel partners have tried to find the alternative hotel options. But unfortunately, none of them had rooms, therefore, your reservation has been cancelled free of charge.

Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)

We booked a 2 star motel at last minute just needed a place for one night, the room was great! Clean, easy to get to, lots of parking and front desk staff prepared to assist. I'll use the site again.

Once confirmed, I immediately received an email with all needed info. Upon arrival at the hotel there were no questions, no issues. They had all of my information... only needed proof of identity and card for Incidentals.

Quick and easy. Just hope to get a decent bed option as that is given to us at check in. Fingers crossed
